Boundless Book Ball is a unique and inclusive celebration of stories, imagination and community, taking place at the stunning Pacific Bay Resort, Coffs Harbour.
Hosted by not-for-profit Coffs Harbour Support Services (CHSS), Boundless brings together people of all abilities for an unforgettable evening where creativity, connection and inclusion take centre stage.
Inspired by the magic of books, this special event invites guests to step into a world of literary wonder through themed formal dress, and memorable experiences shared with fellow book lovers. Guests will enjoy a delicious three-course dinner, live music and dancing, a community book swap, and a silent auction, all hosted by much-loved broadcaster and entertainer Nick Hardcastle.
Whether attending as a favourite literary character or in elegant formal attire, guests are encouraged to embrace the theme, express their creativity and celebrate the stories that inspire them.
Along the way, they will enjoy photo opportunities, prizes and plenty of magical surprises.
More than just a themed ball, Boundless is a celebration of belonging. The event raises funds to support inclusive programs, opportunities and community initiatives delivered by CHSS across the Coffs Coast region.

Welcomes and assists people who have challenges with learning, communication, understanding and behaviour. (includes people with autism, intellectual disability, Down syndrome, acquired brain injury (ABI), dyslexia and dementia)

A quiet space is available at the venue/ facility
Caters for people with sufficient mobility to climb a few steps but who would benefit from fixtures to aid balance. (This includes people using walking frames and mobility aids)
Use floors/coverings which are slip resistant, firm and smooth
Have grab rails in the bathroom
Provide seating in common areas including reception area
Caters for people who use a wheelchair.
Have doorways which are easy to open and have lever handles (doorways 850mm or wider when open and not heavy)
Have an accessible public toilet which is unlocked
Have at least one wheelchair accessible parking space with wheelchair accessible signage clearly displayed (International standards are 3200mm wide x 2500 mm high)
Have step free outdoor pathways (includes picnic areas, barbecues and shelters)
Have step free access to the conference or function room
Caters for people with allergies and intolerances.
Modify your cooking and cleaning practices to cater for people with food allergies or chemical intolerances (could include menus with meals free from: nuts, dairy, seafood, eggs, gluten etc)
Provides general access facilities and services for people with access needs.
